I.P.E.D. Instructor Training
Phase 1 - Achieve Specialist Practitioner Grade
Once Participants have achieved the Specialist Practitioner (Level 4) Status they have achieved the minimum required standard for inclusion on our "Trainer Program". Specialist Practitioner Status can be achieved once all the appropriate training programs at Levels 1, 2, 3, have been achieved. Alternatively Participants can choose to attend an intensive 2 week training program where all the information required and assessments required for Level 1, 2, 3, will be provided. Once the Specialist Practitioner Level has been achieved your will be on your way to becoming a trainer for courses at Level 1,2,3, only but Not our Specialists Courses Alpha, Bravo, Charlie, etc., (Additional Approval will be required on Trainer Status has been Approved).
Phase 2 - Graduate from our Trainer Program
Phase 2 requires candidates to graduate from our Trainer Program. Our Trainer Program is conducted over 5 days and will require the candidate to have the required subject matter expertise (gained from Level 1, 2, 3,) and to gain the required skills in Classroom Techniques, Understanding Training Syllabus Outcomes, Lesson Plans, Session Plans and Quality Assurance Policies & Procedures. On Completion of the Trainer Program candidates will have the required knowledge and expertise to satisfy the institute of their credentials in order to conduct training under the Institutes Quality Assurance Terms & Conditions.
Phase 3 - Get your Training Materials & Quality Assurance Approved by The Institute
Once the candidates have graduated from our Trainer Program they are now ready to have their training materials and Quality Assurance Policies & Procedures Approved by The Institute. Candidates need to have the required PowerPoint presentations, hand-outs, lesson plans, session plans and other course related materials approved by The Institute. These Materials may be purchased from The Institute or candidates can generate them of their own accord. Either way all materials to be utilised on an Institute of Professional Executive Drivers Certified Training Program must be preapproved before trainers are allowed to use them.
Phase 4 - Start Training & Apply for Certification
Once Approval has been authorised by The Institute for the Training Materials and Quality Assurance Policies & Procedures, you are ready to Commence Your Career as a Professional Trainer offering Certification Through The Institute of Professional Executive Drivers at Level 1, 2, 3. GOOD LUCK
